You may return most(*) new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We process returns as soon as we receive the returned items and either despatch replacements or issues refunds the same day.
*items of underwear are not eligible for return or exchange
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
1 Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2 Complete the return request form (account / orders / return items)
3 Attach a copy of the sales invoice or packing slip and advise if a refund or exchange is being requested.
